SINFULLY DELICIOUS!!! A MUST HAVE!!

You absolutely have to stroll into this place. The smell hit me in the parking lot as they were busy little bees baking what I could only imagine of. Now they are only open Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 10am til when they sell out. I was lucky enough to make it within that time frame. I met the owner, Michael Wollen, who was an absolute charming and patient man. He answered all of my many questions. We even chatted about current events. Salivating, I picked out an assorted dozen mini pies. What a peach! Speaking of peach, the peach pie was mmmm, yummy! But the real treat is the "Let's Get Muddy Pecan Pie". O. M. G., this 4 bite little gem was, well ... An out of body experience. I sat there with every bite my eyes closed and with a soft mmmmmm, mmmmmm, oooh this is soooo good! I'm having my son and his wife over tonight for dinner and I can't wait to share these (and have myself another)!!!

If you haven’t tried this place yet, I highly, highly recommend that you do. Michael’s pies and Beth’s cookies are my little pieces of comfort heaven. I’ve tried almost everything and I cannot pick a favorite from all the varieties. And when they come up with something new, it’s always delicious. I just saw them a few hours ago at the farmer’s market and here I am enjoying their Oatmeal Creme Pie (highly recommend!) . Really great pies, love the place and the owner. Lots of effort are put into every pie I've tasted, lots of variety of pies every week it gets me to come back. I also appreciate the all natural ingredients used and are listed on the side of the pie boxes, as well as a message about said pie. The farmers markets are great too, friendly service, nice set up, excellent pies, the cupcakes are delicious too.
