I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! It has almost everything I could want! Only other place I would go to would be Walmart for one stop shopping! The only thing this store lacks is groceries and an affordable pricing plan. Other than that...its amazing! I love going there to look around and see what's new and learn how to use things I need for pretty much anything. I would definitely buy more there if it didn't cost $55 for a short...to wear UNDER another shirt...I get that its brand name and we are paying for the quality of the product that comes with the name..but...I really would like it WAY MORE and would spend more time and money on things other than what I absolutely need at that moment. To complete a project or to do lawn care. I would definitely buy the clothes that this store carries! They are durable and easy to wear....but EXPENSIVE! Come on...be realistic...a lot of the clothes brought there are for farm work and/or outside work. Its gotta be somewhat durable and weather proof. But I would be more inclined to buy more at Walmart more often because of the price! I can get a pair of jeans and a shirt set....along with the undershirts...socks..and probably the underwear too..for less than I will pay for 1 pair of jeans or a nice dress shirt! Most of my outfits consist of leggings and t-shirts or sweaters...depending on the season. I will buy more and wear the clothing if It were more affordable. I work in the healthcare industry and wear scrubs unwilling buy them from North 40 due to the tax break I get for having to buy uniforms and shoes for work. However that isn't even worth the money anymore. Carhart...Dickies...Cheyenne...all great brands..live up to the tough jobs and move great with you! But again too danged expensive! Sure about the long winded post, but really like the clothes and products in this store and franchise. Not the prices tho. Great store, great staff, great knowledge and great respect for the customer's needs and wants. I will continue to go in and look...but will only buy what I NEED ..and cannot do without from there. The merchandise is good got a few plant for a great price and Mike was extremely helpful and friendly. My only problem with the store has only ever been with the cashiers. Three separate times I have had issues with the attitude and general poor customer service. Today I was ignored when trying to explain how Mike had directed me to tell a cashier that one of the plants I was purchasing would be three dollars. Instead of listening to me or even acknowledging what I said, I was ignored and rung up at regular price. I then asked if Mike could be contacted. The cashier sighed and got on the phone. In the end, the agreed price was honored. There was no reason I should have been ignored or given such poor service. The two prior issues I've had have both been with a tall female cashier with short curly brown hair. Her attitude was the worst!!! She even rolled her eyes at me when I bought a expensive pair of shoes that were on sale. When she rang them up, the sale price was not the total so god forbid she had to do some extra work. So I just went to this location to return a tank top that I had purchased from the other side of town (Great Falls), I had tried it on thinking it was ok to decide it wasn’t for me. I still had tags, receipt (proof of purchase) to be treated like I’ve done wrong when I haven’t. Joanie proceeded to smell it and ask why it was inside out and why I took the tags off, then called Macie to come ok it. I was asked if I didn’t like it which I explained I didn’t hence why I wanted to return and told Macie to smell it and she said no it’s ok. Joanie then helped someone else who was behind me leaving me to wait even longer and was very unpleasant afterwards. She told me it’s in their training to be that way and smell stuff! I’ve been in customer service for many years and never have been treated so terrible it made me feel uncomfortable and not want to shop there again! We’ve come up from Billings to buy stuff specifically from this place and will not return after this incident. Do better North40 with your customer service representatives, and treat...
