Horrible service, didn't have the books I needed and if they did they were over priced. I've walked away from this bookstore dissatisfied many times in the 3 years I've been at UNC. Never rent a book from here, if you don't return it (you have 3 days after ur class ends) they will charge you for the whole book, I tried to return my book 1 day late because they never sent me a notice of when it was supposed to be returned and was charged 200$ without even knowing it. They took money from my account and when I tried to fix the situation they would not refund my money. I tried to then sell them the book they charged me for to remedy the situation but they offered me an embarrassing amount. Originally I paid 88$ for renting, the rest I was charged was 200$ and what was the offer they were willing to pay for the same book a day later? 3 pathetic dollars. I...

I went here for the Greeley Jazz Band festival, and just looking outside the window - the Campus was stunning. The architecture was brilliant and I enjoyed the prospect of the olden building with a modernized look on the inside and the atmosphere it possessed. I enjoyed my time at the fest, and a majority of the people were nice (minus the photographer) and they were helpful. However, the event could've been better planned, since there were times where our school had to leave our instruments crammed to the side of the hallway, which was fine for my case but many larger instruments had a hard time with fitting while not making the hallways...

CHECK EVERY INCH OF YOUR MERCHANDISE BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR PURCHASE! We traveled from Montana for my daughter’s volleyball camp...7+ hours...and she bought a sweatshirt to remember her time here. When she put the sweatshirt on this AM she noticed the seam at the cuff was unraveling. I promptly attempted to exchange the item and the gal at the store refused to exchange the $42 sweatshirt.
