Although the location may be pricy as it is on a college campus, it is still a fairly good location. I can tell that most employees try their best when it comes to service, and the reviews are outdated since I think this location has changed.
Overall, I don’t think that this is a bad location. It gets quite busy so in my experience sometimes the order gets messed up, but it is a lot more rare and the employees make it right. I would also say that there looks like is a weird corporate rule with the whole no ice in the coffee meaning less coffee. In my experience of all the locations, most don’t even follow that rule and it tends to upset customers.
If I would have one piece of constructive feedback it would probably be the whole policy with no ice. If somebody is ordering no ice to get more coffee or to be environmentally friendly, listen to your customers. Don’t try to fight them. When it happens to me I actually avoid going to Einstein bros for a good amount of time.
Overall though, I don’t think this is a bad location and a lot of the reviews...

I was reminded that they close in 30 minutes rudely as I asked how they were and got no response or even a hello back. As if it would take more than 30 minutes to toast a bagel....how lazy can you be? Also I paid 2.10 for butter and was told I couldn't see my receipt until after my order and they dumped a puddle of microwaved butter onto my bagel and that was what they called buttering. I would drive to the Loveland location because of the piss poor service and after all of it they didn't even butter one of my bagels. Rediculous..... It's bagels and coffee, please...

They have trouble listening and when you make a simple request like “no mushrooms in a sandwich “ or having a smoothie extra blended for quality taste, no respect whatsoever! I would see other people requesting the similar things and never did see problems with their orders but when I went there, I always sensed attitude and couldn’t understand what the problem was. Service is with a smile, not a grumpy face/stink eye! The owner needs to fix it...
