I had brought my wedding set in to get an estimate on how much it would cost to be resized. They had informed me that because it was an invisible set it would need to be sent out, they couldn't do it there in store. I was assured I would receive a phone call with an estimate as to how much it would cost (which is what I originally went in for) My phone call finally came 10 days later and it was them telling me my total to have it resized and that I could come in and pay for it. Pay for it? Pay for what? I wanted an estimate. They went ahead did all the work and never told me an estimate before doing so. I had never signed anything authorizing them to do anything to it. I explained this to the lady and all she could offer me was 20 percent off. I again tried to explain to her there should have never been anything done and I only wanted an estimate and that I had never signed anything authorizing work to be done. She then says I can put it on lay away until I can pay them for it. After that madness I asked to speak to the manager. He got on the phone introduced himself as Dean. I explained what had happened. He asks what I want to do about it. Well I would like to pick up my rings. He then tried telling me that he spoke with my husband and I personally and told us it was going to cost as much as I'm being charged. (we never spoke with him) I told him that he then snarls I have it all on video, I record everything that happens in my showroom. Great ok sir are you sure you have the right customer? Yes I spoke with you. So after explaining we never spoke with him and dealt with two women the whole time he snaps back with a price and asks if that's fine and we can stop playing games and I can come pick it up. Ok? Well thank you. Bottom line is is they lied and then were completely rude when they were called out on their mistake. I would not recommend...

Went to Bacovin Jewelers to get a repair for my wife's rings, Dean and Kim were great explaining to me how they could help me with fixing my wife's rings. Dean said it would be a few days and he'd call me right on time. Picked up my wife's rings and they looked awesome she will be totally excited about it! Bacovin Jewelers did an awesome job.
