Aurora Health Center — Local services in Greenfield

Entered the facility staff looked at me extremely confused. Advised the lady I was here for an EKG for my son in was directed to go onto the fourth floor.

Arrived on first floor staff rude advised me EKG not only is on the first floor but only one of us can go back. Keep in mind I had my 5 year old toddler with me. Was extremely firm with the rep on the 4th floor advising her my toddler is with me in his going back too. Also advised her Aurora is aware of this.

Also advised her the EKG is on this floor in then she asked for my name in said oh yeah it is. Enter the area where EKG was at said Good Morning 2 times in neither staff responded finally one rep walked away in one asked for my name. I guess the conversation they were having upon my arrival was more important then greeting a patient.

My toddler went to the same clinic every week for speech in I have never experienced such poorly customers service!

Through this entire process only staff that greeted me and my family was the doctor. He was such a great doctor

Had a referral to see a neurology doctor. Was told they would call me to schedule an appointment. I Finally called after a week of no call back and was told to call another number to make my appointment. I called the new number and was told the other clinic was supposed to make the appointment. But the lady asked what the appointment was for and was told the Doctor doesn't do that type of appointment anymore. The clinic at 9000 Sura ln should have told me that a week ago. I love comming here for my OBGYN visits. I don't have to treck through a hospital, I got right up to the 4th floor and it's super quick. My OB is Billie Joe Cornett. She's amazing. She really helps me understand my health as a female and her personality is fun and bubbly. I've never had problems with the staff here and they always are very pleasant. Highly recommend if you need to come for a prenatal check or just an annual with your OBGYN you'll be shocked how much easier it is to come...
