We have engaged in business with this shop. Brendan came to our business requesting our help fixing a PS5 with a power issue. He came all the way to Springfield MA from Greenfield MA which is about a 45 minute drive 1 way! The assistant on the phone (ME) quoted him between $140 to $180 for ANY power issues. Brendan proceeded to show up after our phone conversation, meaning he understood the price and agreed! He then argued with the owner of our shop insisting the assistant on the phone quoted $140 and he didn't want to spend more than $150. He refused to leave the PlayStation, insulted the owner, and left empty handed. He then left a false negative review on our Google page as well as Yelp. Talk about trying to bring other businesses down, huh? If that speaks to our integrity and professionalism, then it speaks to your integrity and professionalism as well. Why would you try to bring other business owners down while trying to bring yourself up, but we are the only ones in the wrong?

We are sorry Brendan only heard what he wanted to hear, but the phone conversation was recorded as well as the interaction in our store is on camera. After 10+ years in business, we have no reason to lie or be dishonest with customers.

Brendan has updated, and cleaned/serviced my aging HP laptop for a few years now. I'm not a techy person and he has been patient and takes the time to explain. His turn-around time is very quick, unless it's a special order part, and here again, he is fast to get your machine back to you. He's communicative and efficient. Pricing very reasonable as well. I have been happy with his work and will continue to use his services...
