Walgreens — Local services in Greenfield

The store is wonderful. Great prices friendly staff.. however the pharmacy has drastically gone downhill. You have to call and remind them to fill your prescription, even though your doctor just called it in. They don't seem to care even if it is an emergency. No compassion. They tell you it will be ready at a certain time, only to arrive and have the pharmacy staff tell you that it isn't ready. Then you wait another 3 hours or even another day...to have it MAYBE filled. The pharmacy staff then tells you that you're lucky that it's there. I can't count how many hours of my time I have wasted calling and going there to then have them give an attitude. The pharmacy used to be wonderful..but now it is terrible. I will be switching to a more competent pharmacy that can do their job. Extremely disappointed. I live very close to Walgreens so it is the most convenient location, but with all the frustration I will be sparing myself it will be worth switching to...

I would give 0 stars if I could. The pharmacy likes to keep prescriptions from people and are horribly rude. I get a prescription that I have been on for about a year now. I try to fill it and they lied to me, telling me my doctor denied the refill. When I contacted my doctor, they were the ones who told me that was untrue and for some reason, Walgreens removed my prescription entirely from their record. My doctor sent it back to them and Walgreens then says my prescription is delayed for a whole week when I have already been out a week before meaning I am going without a med that I need to be on regularly! I would give a zero star but unfortunately I can’t ! Horrible staff in the pharmacy . Very rude and unprofessional lied and denied my medicine where my doctor had to call the pharmacy on their own saying they sent over my prescription I will not be back I am exhausted and over Walgreens pharmacy numerous times I’ve had issues with them !
