My husband and I have lived here for a little over a year. When we moved in, we were coming from a place with active mold that was making me sick. We were eager to move but desiring to intentionally pick a place that would be better and healthier for me. The same day I called Comet was the day they made themselves available for a tour and we signed our lease that night. A few months in we were so incredibly pleased with our experience that we convinced my sister and brother in law to move into one of the buildings too. It is so sweet to have family so close.
I cannot say enough great things about this place. Week one, Amanda, assistant manager, knew both my husband and my name, but also our dog's name. A few more weeks passed and in passing I got to know Greg who is the maintenance manager. He also knows all of our names by this point and my dog loves him so much that he cries when he sees Greg outside (because he wants to go up to him to get some pets). Michael came a few months after we moved in and every time I see him he sparks up a conversation with a smile. You can tell he desires to be here and he desires to make sure others are cared for. Travis is one of the team's newest editions so I haven't gotten to know him too well (although I look forward to it), but even as he is outside working hard he is friendly and diligent always. Both Reagan and Madison lead with kindness. Along with Amanda as well, the three of them continue to ensure that this is not only a safe, welcoming place to live, but also a space where community can be built (food trucks!!). The team as the whole CARES and desires to show that they care through getting to know their residence, responding to requests/questions quickly and being available. There is truly no where else like this place.
As mentioned above, when we were moving we were desperate to be in an environment that would make me feel better. Little did we know we would get that, but also a sweet sense of community through the lovely people who...
Read moreThey’re adding two more buildings as I write this, and I can see why. This is a great place to live.
Let me count the ways:
The apartments have great technology (such as smart locks and thermostats).
They have nice granite countertops.
The walk-in closets have a bunch of space.
The faux wood floors look great but are durable (so you don’t need to be as careful with them as you would with real hardwood—but sliders are still good).
The open floor plan of the kitchen and living room provide a lot of options for customized setups (from a large dinner to a dance party).
The shaded decks are a nice place to relax.
The fitness center has a bunch of great tools to kick your butt. I love the ropes and other calisthenics equipment. They have cameras there for security. And they have a second room in the back so people who want to do exercises like yoga and Pilates can workout without weightlifters staring at them.
They have a bunch of fun events (like served food every so often) to encourage residents to get to know each other. They have a security vehicle driving around at night to keep us safe. And they do a great job of keeping the walkways and overall grounds clean. So I’m confident that the place will keep its great overall vibe as a place my girlfriend can feel safe.
They have cool amenities like the pool, mini golf, and free beer and Starbucks coffee in the clubhouse.
And last but not least…
I don’t need to put up with anything being broken. The maintenance is fantastic and extremely responsive. And all of the hardware (garbage disposal, drains, etc.) are high-quality so the repairs are fast . I definitely haven’t needed to deal with any major breakage if something breaks at night when the maintenance isn’t...
Read moreI've been living in this leasing complex for 26 months and it has been nothing short of an extraordinary experience. The level of service, friendliness, and overall excellence offered here is indeed unparalleled.
The maintenance staff is absolutely exceptional. They are prompt, professional, and always go the extra mile. The beautiful pool and other amenities have made living here a joy. They are not just amenities, but gateways to relaxation, entertainment, and building a sense of community.
I want to give a special shout-out to Madison, Reagan, and Amanda. They've become like family to me. Amanda, you have been a rock-solid support from day one and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your empathy, assistance, and genuine care for me and my family has made a world of difference.
Reagan, your talks have been enlightening and comforting. Your friendship has been a beacon during some of the most challenging times. I truly appreciate you from the core of my heart.
This complex was my first experience of true stability. Growing up, I never stayed anywhere for more than two years. But this place, this community, has given me a taste of what a stable, warm, and welcoming home feels like.
So, to the team here, thank you for making this place more than just a home. Your efforts have forged an unbreakable connection that transcends beyond the ordinary.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this place as the best apartment complex in the Piedmont Triad. It's not just about the quality of the apartments, but the quality of the people and the community. Here's to infinity and beyond,...
