PetSmart Grooming — Local services in Greensboro

We called and tried to make an appointment today but we were told no appointment available but to come in between 4-6pm for walk in nail trim for our dogs. We brought our dogs at 5:15pm and the rude lady told us that this location does not stay open past 5pm... You should consider changing the hours on the website which states you are open until 9pm. This was the final straw. This place is terrible.

And the last time we took our dogs for baths and nail trims at this location we dropped them off at 8am... we didn't hear back from them to pick our dogs up so we went over there after it had been 5 hours. Just for the employees to say "oh yeah we forgot to call". So much for having an appointment.

Either way with a walk-in or appointment this place is extremely...

I will never take my dog there again. I was warned before taking him. A family told me that they were less than satisfied with the service their dog received. But I thought, well, maybe it was that particular groomer. So the appointment was at 11:00 am. After checking with them a couple of times, they finally called me to pick him up around 3:00 pm. He didn't look or smell like he had a bath. I can't even describe his haircut. Then, the next day, someone was playing with him. They made the comment eew he smells. I just replied he was just groomed yesterday. They said, "Where'd you go,...

We have a young pit mix that we made an appointment for and they were able to see us at a reasonable time from my phone call. I had explained my experience at a different groomer and the team went above and beyond to take care of our pup. The groomer apologized on behalf of the other location to show they were up to par with their grooming standards and our puppy was returned spotless and smelled amazing after her brush and bath! Team was very sweet to work with, I will be using them in the future for our dogs...
