On Nov 3 2017 @3:50 pm my daughter and I brought her ring in to be sized, granted it was only silver but it had her and my grandsons name on it so she was very happy knowing it was going to finally fit.long story short my daughter called 4 days later very excited about the possibility of finally getting her ring, the lady that answered the phone at Greensboro Jewelers was extremely rude with her saying "I TOLD YOU I WOULD CALL YOU WHEN IT READY!" I understand it's not a diamond ring nor gold but shouldn't all customers be treated fairly? Needless to say this pawn shop WILL NOT be getting mine nor my family/friends business...

Awful experience. We try to support local businesses, but cannot do that here. We paid for a pearl necklace to be repaired. The repaired necklace came back with a clasp so small that we couldn’t easily unclasp it. The person helping us insisted that the clasp had to be original because of the construction, and could no be replaced. He made a comment that he couldn’t fix my lack of dexterity. We asked him for a larger second clasp on the mini clasp. Not,impressed by the employees attitudes. (I wasn't looking my best) but had a wallet full of cash looking to spend on my mother for a Mother's Day gift and would have bought the watch if the lady wasnt so rude. I asked the lady if they had any specials going for Mother's Day and her response was "The clearance rack is over there" pointing as she spoke. I wasnt looking for a hand out, just wanted to know if they had any special piece of jewelry they were advertising for "Mom" for Mother's Day.
