Came here from a referral from a friend. The overall salon is standard, was clean and wasn’t busy on a Thursday evening. They offered me a drink as soon as I got seated, which was nice. My problem is with my nails, the technician that did them seemed inexperienced, he didn’t take his time filing or shaping them and needed help with a simple French tip design. Basically just poor execution of technique. They looked decent when I left and I’m being generous using the word decent but I wasn’t thrilled with my results, a week later they looked older than they were and some of them have lifted (I don’t do manual labor for work or spend a lot of time with my hands in water). I was going to call to complain but because I am going to give the shop another chance I decided against it. This time I will only be letting Sunny do my nails, she did my friend’s nails and they were beautiful. They did also give me a coupon for my next visit so I give them a 10 for customer service. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Will NOT return!!! You are supposed to go to the nail salon to de-stress, decompress and pamper yourself. I got there around 5:40pm. The older lady there does not speak English but has the nerve to get up from me in the middle of polishing my nails because she’s mad I’m asking her to DO what I asked and PAID for. EVEN WORSE…the one who finished me made it seem like it was my fault because as she stated “I didn’t tell her (the older lady) what I wanted done at the start” of my session. But make this make sense: when I first sat in her chair, the young guy there asked me and then TRANSLATED to her what I wanted done…SO I THOUGHT! So HOW is that my fault AND why YOU mad because YOU weren’t doing my nails as requested? I wanted French (thick) tips on my natural nails. HOW HARD IS THAT?!?!?!!!! I SOOOOO LOVE IT HERE!!!!! I would love to come in this environment to just have coffee and allow their wholesome Love and Support and Penetrating Concern just cover me! The mom makes AMAZING coffee from their country, the oldest son is lead nail tech and he keeps everyone happy! The younger brother is a Phenomenal Host! He treats everyone as if they've come into his own house! If your ever Not Happy, even if you're there for brows(which I'm Very Meticulous about my brows, and big brother is ON POINT) But if you're there, they're gonna Feed you, Groom you and have Funny TV on!
