I usually don't complain but today did it for me. I got me a meat ball marinera and it had a bone in it that broke off my tooth. I called and I was extremely polite the older African American 64 year old lady picked up and was very rude. I explained my situation and she argued with me telling she only sold one other meatball to a man which I'm guessing she was thinking it was my fiance only but I was next to him. Well she kept insisting that it wasn't possible and argued with and I told her she needed to calm down then she said for me to come down there cause she's been to jail before and she'll go back. Then she proceeded to say that she was 64 years old so I told her I was happy she was healthy ohh she also said that I probably already had a broken tooth so I laughed cause that's funny and she was like what's so funny and I was what you just said. I’ve had multiple problems at this location. And despite saying something, never had anyone reach out either.
This is my “second review” since I can’t leave another one. Seriously go to a different subway. It’s worth the extra few minutes. The people working usually suck, horribly attitudes and lazy. I had a coupon for 2 foot long subs, one I got with rotisserie chicken for my baby and, as for myself, a Philly cheese steak, which comes with double cheese!! I was told by me using a coupon that I would have to pay for the double cheese even though the menu states that is how the sub comes. Now excuse me, DON'T PLAY WITH ME... Why are so many people trying to get over? So believe me, I can elaborate... The sub was not good. it tasted like the meat was old or wasn't stored properly.
