Recently the last 5 months or more the customer service has been terrible. There is a Black elderly woman who I thought was just a cashier however she told me she's the store manager 😳( I am also black so I don’t think she is racist she is just rude, mean, disrespectful and lacks good customer service) This woman has constantly been rude and disrespectful every time I come in to order; I ignored it a couple times then recently decided to address it; she yells at customers and speaks ill mannered,, throws your food on the counter, and when I addressed her she yells and shouts and talk poorly about me to the other staff. I have contacted the corporate office and it seems they have not resolved this issue. I was told I would hear back from a district manager for this Randlman Rd Little Caesars ; I have not yet received a response. I called the store to speak with a manager and she answers the phone and yells “CAN I HELP YOU” in the rudest way and then replies I didn’t think so and hangs up the phone. I do not recommend this location until they remove her from the store completely this store will not get my service which is 2 mins from my home now I travel 13 mins to a different Little Caesars location. She doesn’t provide her name or keep her composure long enough for you to have a civilized conversation with her. The district manager needs to evaluate this asap!!!!!! Read moreI ordered 2 orders of wings, after ordering I called the store to see if they could cook them a little longer only for the guy that answered the phone tell me no because they had wings already done and wanted to get rid of those...First off I just paid my money and you're telling me no, I was in disbelief. I'm a business owner and if any of my clients ask one of my employees to do something that I consider their job and they tell them no guess who's finding a new job, it may be a job to you but it's my business and no one will cost me a client which is my money. I then asked for the manager only for her to get on the phone and be rude and sarcastic and say I'll run them through 2 more times which will make it 4 times if you want. This isn't the first time she's been rude with me when I've called and asked them to cook the chicken a little more instead of selling half done chicken. Imo I'd stay clear of this little caesars it's not worth the headache or the time you'll have to wait for a pizza that the commercial said is always hot and ready🙄🙄🙄The owner needs to call and act like a customer and see how his employees are treating...

My husband waited 45 minutes for a “hot n ready” pepperoni pizza last week. So we were craving it again and I figured id order it on the app and maybe not have to wait so long. Boy was I WRONG.
The staff is super unprofessional and you can hear them yelling & cussing and throwing the “n” word around.
The app said that my order was ready and I waited an additional 35 minutes. When I said something to the manager his excuse what their systems were down and he had to fire a bunch of people.
Now I understand, everywhere is taking a hit right now. Everyone is understaffed. But there’s a level of respect and he wasn’t even the slightest bit apologetic for my wait.
Oh! The best part is I paid for an extra most bestest and got a basic $5 pepperoni pizza.
Seriously, pay the little bit of extra money and go to Pizza Hut or dominos. Bc this place is a joke. And you will wait FOREVER - even if you order ahead.
