Mancuso's — Local services in Greensburg

Newer in town. Delighted to find Mancuso's Shoe Repair, Alterations & Accessories while at post office. I was so excited to find this place I rushed from my car without putting money in the meter!! While completing my shopping, I realized I forgot the meter & had spent longer than I anticipated in the store. I dashed out to put money in but had already been ticketed! Returning to thr store, I completed my purchase and with my receipt was given a $5 bill to pay for the ticket along with better parking suggestions & invitations to Ladies Night in downtown Greensburg! I cannot tell you how much my visit into Mancuso's warmed my heart. Leslie was so nice & really helpful & it was the owner who gave me the money to pay for the ticket! As for me & my family, well be lifetime customers of Mancuso's!! THANK YOU & GOD bless...

Bev was personable and helpful with fixing my dress shoes. They originally had leather soles, so when I went in there to replace them she kindly explained that there are different types of soles (leather and rubber, the real name of which I forget). I got new rubber soles on both shoes and new heels for $55! They also shined them for me, so they really do look like a new pair of shoes. They're also more comfortable than before!

Additionally, I dropped them off on a Monday and she said they would probably be done by Thursday. Well, she called Tuesday afternoon and said I could pick them up! Great...

My daughters catchers mit webbing blew apart at last nights practice. With games this weekend, it had to get fixed today.

I expected to feel like I was a bothering them since that seems typical of the service industry. I was pleasantly surprised that they were as anxious to get the glove done for her.
