This is absolutely the coolest thing happening every weekend in the city of Greensburg. This County confuses me allot. They say one thing & do the next. However, the one great thing that they do is having these concerts. They try to bring a wide variety of entertainment every year to teses events. Now they do get some not very popular bands & some not so popular. However, I want to thank the volunteers that come out all Summer long for this incredible opportunity to be with the community. I do believe that they need some younger people making decisions on which bands are playing. I appreciate a free good concert no matter what. This has become one of...

This venue is great for the free Friday evening concerts during the summer months. Some excellent bands have entertained here throughout the years and did I mention it is all free?! No charge for seating during the concert season. Sure they pass the hat looking for donations, but that is up to you.

The large expanse of grass is wonderful for spreading a blanket and relaxing under the stars listening to music at the Amphitheater. Take a snack and beverage with you or take advantage of the vendor's offering their wares.

Make plans to attend the concerts in the park every Friday evening during the summer months. You will not be...

Venue is very nice and sophisticated, staff was attentive. We saw a band and had a couple apps, duck taco soso, charcuterie board was well done.my companion had some wine and it appears the list is well listed. Sound system is great but the stage is low and you have to look through the crowd so it depends on who you're seated next to. Seating is tiered pricing and there is a balcony but most are a bit cramped.Tables are for 8 and we met a nice couple, BUT the tables are very close together, both behind you. I'll be returning in a few weeks but will be selective on...

We enjoyed SummerSounds all summer at this beautiful park, with bleachers. The musical groups, each Friday, free, to the public, are managed by volunteers, and Gene James is the director. The city of Greensburg provides the grasscutting and maintenance of ground services. Thanks to all who provide an exceptional service to the public!! Lots of free parking also! What a fantastic band to end the season, an Abba tribute band, and Dancing Queen as the final song.

The amphitheater is great for events. There are tons of seating options available, a lot of stage space, and tons of ideas to have a fun event here. I've been to the Walk a Mile in her Shoes event for the Blackburn Center, which they host in April, and Moonglow Yoga hosts free classes in August as well. It's a great piece for the community. You can also take a walk around the park - there's a few pokestops and gyms.

The Summersounds has become a must see on Friday evenings. Each concert is better than the previous show!! Thanks to Gene James and all the volunteers that make this series possible!
