I absolutely love Kynsley Bridal! When I walked in all the ladies were so beautiful and had big smiles on their faces. To me that sets the tone for an appointment. They were all so inviting. Faith is my girl for life now! She did a wonderful job making me feel beautiful. I walked in and instantly had my eye on one wedding dress because to me it fit my theme so well. I knew in my heart it was the one. I told her about my theme and we went with it and tried it on. The very 1st dress was it for me! Faith and my friend really hyped me up. Lol I love the dress so so so much!!!!! I tried on others which were stunning but I just couldn’t part with number 1. Faith really listened to me and I ended up saying yes to the dress along with a beautiful veil and belt. During the appointment we even talked about the decor in the boutique. I love the set up and vibe it brings. I was looking for that wow experience and I got just that at Kynsley Bridal. Hands down the highlight of my wedding planning so far....

I came in on January 28 2023 looking for a homecoming dress. I was absolutely disgusted by their behavior. I walked in did not receive one greeting. I had to ask if it was okay to try on dresses. No one asked us if we needed help. I literally stood there in front of two employees talking while I had a question. There was only one person trying on dresses in the shop. Everyone one that worked there either gathered around her or stood at the cashier register talking. I felt like I was discriminated against because of my appearance. Cannot emphasize enough how wonderful of an option Kynsley Bridal is for wedding dress shopping! I had planned to go to Raleigh, but figured I’d try local first. It was my first and last stop! Paula helped me from start to finish and was so sweet and kind. She was so patient with my indecisiveness, suggesting I try on the same dresses again to remember and compare to what else I’d tried on; she found the dresses in the style I had in mind, plus recommended a few other styles.
