Their service was a joke. We were sat and ignored. Eventually somebody who wasn't our server came over and took our drink order. When our server Christine came over, she asked us for our drink order, and we said we just placed it, she walked away without even asking if we were ready to place our food order. And we sat waiting for another 5 minutes.
During our meal, we were helped by everybody BUT Christine. She never once check in on us. Other people were refilling our drinks. She was completely useless. She took my friends plate out from in front of her without even asking if she was done, despite there still being food on her plate.
When we got our bill and gave her the credit card, she came back with a bill for $10 HIGHER than the total on the bill we were given, without informing us that she had mistakenly given us the wrong bill the first time. She had run the card anyway. It wasn't until my friend pointed out the error that that she even mentioned it. Rather than being apologetic about it, she gave an attitude you would expect from a 16 year old at their first job, NOT a professional adult.
After the horrible service experience, we got to the car and noticed that she had charged the card TWICE. Once for the original amount of the bill we were given, and once for the higher bill amount. She never mentioned that she ran the credit card twice.
We went back in and asked for the manager and surprise! It was Christine. So we asked to speak to a different manager. We were brought over to the bar area to speak with a girl wearing a sleep shirt. After we explained the situation, the girl in the sleep shirt said "it takes 3-5 days to reverse the charge on your credit card" without even offering to verify that we were only charged once. Christine stormed over, and interrupted the conversation. She was so extremely rude about the situation, and said she would just reverse the entire charge if we showed the receipt (which we accepted). While she was doing that, I asked the girl in the sleep shirt for the name of the general manager, to which she replied that there were four, including herself and Christine.
Had either of the "managers" apologized or taken any ownership of their mistakes, that would have changed the entire experience. Instead we were subject to sub-par service with a side of SCATHING attitude. This was my first and LAST visit to aTavola, which is too bad because the...
Read moreThe worst experienve EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Subpar service from our waitress. She was very pregnant, but that's not an excuse. This was our first time here and I was very disappointed because of a waitress. Me and my family will not be back. The hostess at the door was very friendly and welcoming. However, our waitress was overthetop RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, NONACCOMMODATIVE. After arguing with me about my child sitting at the end of the table and talking at me, instead of communication with me about my daughter sitting at the end of the table yelling at me that she HAD to move if someone else sat behind us...need I say in that small place, there was plenty of room between my daughter and the next table. She was very hyperactive verbally, and her energy was horrible. I didn't make my daughter didn't move either. Afterwards she asked if we were ready to order our food, and we all said yes, and during the ordering of our food, she interrupts, still ill apparently from trying argue with me, and told us very plainly that she'd give us somemore time, and literally walks off. I was completely done at this point, and in shock. The food wasn't that great, my lasagna hardly had any meat. She barely checked on us and we didn't get refills. We asked for our reciept after sitting for a while, and she had something smart to say to me about asking for the reciept. After handing us the reciept, she talked for several minutes to a random person and we had to wait for her to come back by to pick up our card. She screamed after going back to our table to find we didn't leave a tip. She followed behind my 19 yr old stating aloud throughout the restaraunt, ..."So no tip???" .... then came out behind us out the entrance stating, "Did you mean to leave zero for the tip?". We just continued out the door. Talk about poor customer service skills, poor soft skills...a tip? How about good service for a nice tip. This short description is not close to the details of this experience. Bye, Felicia...save your money,...

All of the food came out luke warm not hot at all & I've been to a Italian restaurant just like this one with the kitchen being the center of attention & all of my food has came out piping hot but here not so much..
The soup was good, like a 4.5/10 🌟
The Shrimp Alfredo 🍤 presentation was ok it wasn't a lot of food on the plate, which was a disappointment, but yea... THE TASTE... 0/10🌟😒 it was pretty much bland bland.. like not even salt was added to the dish...
Lasagna 6/10🌟.. was bland had added salt & pepper to it.. it became a 7/10🌟
Had one dish that a different waiter came to switch out became someone didn't quite like their dish and wanted to try something else because they quoted it was "nasty" granted they could've just not had said that but they did anyway & a different waiter had said they never tried it & don't plan on trying it with an attitude/humor maybe behind it.. It's kind of as if she even thinks the food here is either not good or something worse... after hearing that I had already eaten half of the food because again it was a typical bland meal.. just add some salt & call it a day type of thing.. but hearing that just made me sick like wow if ur employees don't like that food, then why serve it to us...
But yea, unfortunately, here was a NO for me.. I won't be coming back here, honestly.. just...
