One of the first textile mills to be converted to condos in Greenville. Built incredibly solid with excellent sound isolation between units. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The residents are a nice mix between young professionals and retired couples. The building is very quiet. Close proximity to the hospital draws a lot of medical professionals to the building and for retired people, the lofts live just like a ranch home which is close to impossible to find in the area. Unlike most condos in downtown, these units are incredibly sought after and usually sell off market or within the week where other condos in downtown Greenville can sit on the market for up to a year. The gym is adequate but could use an update and the ability to reserve the giant community room with caterers kitchen has been great for family events. The management company is quick to respond and the HOA more than reasonable. I have a unit facing the creek and trees and at night it is almost silent. This is an oasis in downtown living and an excellent investment. HOA rules don’t allow for short term rentals which as an owner was a big plus for me. While there are a limited number of units that are allowed to be rented out, the building must be majority owner occupied which I also found...

I've never ventured inside the gated community, but from the outside it appears the current staff has done a fantastic job of keeping the National Register of Historic Places landmark in...
