Super 1 Foods — Local services in Greenville

I will never walk into this store again. Back in August we bought tons of hotdogs and hamburger buns for my kids birthday. Came to realize that all the bread had mold. Didn't saying anything(wish I did), but this time I will because I open a cheese bag filled with MOLD again.

I've been sick for 6 weeks because I eat bread back in August. Went to the ER twice to figure out what was wrong with me and it came out that I had a stomach bug that will not go away. I'm finally back to normal after 6 weeks of vomiting and diarrhea, and I open a brand new bag of cheese with molding everywhere. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will be calling corporate. This time I will not let it slide. I wish I can post my pictures and video of my cheese, but it won't let me. Hopefully I will hear back...

I honestly cannot say enough great things about this store! I received a level of customer service that's simply unheard of these days! I just recently moved to Texas & had never heard of Super 1 Foods. From walking in to checkout... everyone was nice, friendly and helpful. The selection and quality of products was impeccable. The entire store was immaculately clean and tidy. The prices were most certainly customer friendly. Why go to Walmart next door and be treated like trash when you can go to Super 1 Foods and get the Royal Treatment? Walmart...what's Walmart? LOL Thank you, thank you, thank you Super 1 Foods for being the best store in the entire...

Went there on july 5th William was my cashier, my gf was feeling sick so we got some ginger ale, it didnt ring up so he took off across the store the price tag said one price but i was charged something else this store is infamous for the ol bait and switch, but thats a different story i guess thats just clever marketing in their eyes.. Ling story short william was so flustered from running across the store he failed to give me all my bags, im not sure what all was stolen but i called the store at 7pm (about 2hrs after) and was placed on hold for 20 min until the line was answered and then hung up without saying anything.. im disgusted with the level...
