Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Greenville

I order from this location fairly often as it's near my home. I always do drive through pick up (I order my food at least 15-20 minutes before arriving to pick it up) and my food is usually ready as soon as I get there and I rarely have any issues. However, there have been two times that my order was not ready when I arrived (missing one or two items) so I am asked to pull forward into one of the reserved parking spaces to wait for my order. Both times this has happened it's as if the employees completely forget that I am there waiting. I sit and wait in my car, with two small children, for my food that I was told is nearly ready. The first time I sat there for over 45 minutes and the second time I sat for just at 30 minutes (this is on top of the 15-20 minutes between me placing the order and arriving to pick it up). Both times I had to call in to the store, remind them that I was waiting, and then they magically brought my food out saying it was only finished just then. I'm not sure about anyone else but sitting in a car at 8 pm at night with two exhausted and hungry kids tired from school and practice is NOT my idea of a good time. I got absolutely zero apologies from the employees either time and this last time I was even hung up on after requesting my food and being put on hold. My mother (senior citizen) just left this location and had the rudest service ever from the manager on staff . She originally went through the drive thru to pick up pizza for her grandkids and neighborhood kids. When the manager rung up the order it was not the price of special online. So he advised my mom to get out of line and place the order online . She obliged and placed the order successfully online for $28.12 . She then proceeded back to the drive thru only to be told that her order couldn't be located and the rude manager told her it was nothing that he could do about it and he didn't care when she told him she was going to share her experience online. I am also in the process of contacting corporate as my mom had to call the bank and dispute the charge. She revealed to me that this is not the first time this same manager has been rude and she didn't get a name but knows she has encountered him prior and he was rude when she asked about pizza specials . Since he doesn't care we will proceed to let corporate know about the encounter and advise the community not to support this...

Im a huge fan of the lunch buffet. Sun through Fri from 11 to 130. They usually are still going a short while after and they pay attention to the spread to keep fresh options on there. Salad comes with it if you ask. I really like the atmosphere with different sports on and the mix of music. Their fountain drinks are a good level of carbonation. I recommend this restaurant. They also deliver directly and through doordash.

Update: it just wasn't the same today. I had to go to the bar for my own refill, i waited over 20 minutes before doing so, zero checking in by wait staff. Very disappointing.

Final update: The waitress today during lunch on 12/18 didn't even attempt to pretend she wanted to serve. It was only 11:30am. She was so rude and refused to refill my drink even once, attitude from the start. This visit i waited 30 minutes for a drink refill with multiple passes by the waitress. The guy server with the cute hair wrap was nice tho 👌. Food was mid and the best thing was the cheese bread when it was fresh.
