We had some issues with one of our cabinets being the wrong size. The first replacement cabinet needed to be assembled and customized, which is did not have the tools to do so. The 2nd replacement cabinet was assembled and shipped to us. The dimensions of the opening are still not correct after giving the dimensions 3 different times. Instead of a custom cabinet to the specifications given, it's a cabinet that is Jimmy rigged to almost be the right size. The drawers on the cabinet are both crooked as well. This is pretty disappointing after spending $20,000 on new cabinets, but at this point I think I'm done trying to deal with this company. High quality cabinets and great service. 20 YO cabinets needed replacing and I got lucky in driving by this cabinet store. Cabinets (only in standard sizes & types) are made of plywood with dovetail corners on drawers and soft-close hardware on drawers and doors. Limited selection of colors, but all the most popular colors, and the painted finish seems really durable. Had our kitchen designed by Avery who worked with us thru several iterations to make it work just right for our space and existing refrigerator. He even went the extra mile to help with a warranty issue right after install. We used one of their suggested contractors for the install, who was great.
