I gotta say when I first got there everything seemed really expensive. I bought a very expensive pair of boots. I’m wearing them I can feel the quality 100% satisfied I plan to go back and buy another pair

I came here today to change my view. I didn’t want to take down what was put here at first, but these boots are the absolute worst thing I have ever purchased didn’t even get 10 days a full working into them and they are falling apart almost $280 for these pair of boots and two pairs of socks. I am so upset about this right now, never buy Twisted X absolute junk brand but full price. I only wish I could go back and not buy these. It was a complete waste of money everyone to stick with Ariat I have a pair Boots at home right now almost 10 years old The souls are still attached I couldn’t be more pissed off right now

Being said Mr. Taylor is a wonderful person, but sadly he put his name on something that is A very cheap brand or maybe I just got a bad boot. I don’t know.

Rented a U-Haul from this owner and he confirmed the reservation with us everything was set in stone he charged my card BEFORE picking up the U-Haul and when I showed up on my day and time to pick up the rental there was no truck there… we searched all around town trying to fix HIS mistakes and ended up having to make a whole new reservation with Timmermans thanks to the help at the actual U-Haul center in Greenwood we finally found a truck but had to pay another $300 for the truck so I am still currently fighting a battle for my refund with U-Haul to explain that Chuck from Cultured Cowboy took my $300 three days before my pick up date for my U-Haul to move to a whole other state and he never had a truck for us to rent in the first place. Highly unprofessional in there as well… I will not get into the details of what I witnessed in there but it’s definitely not professional. I would never recommend buying from this store if you expect...

This is an amazing place to shop. Chuck offers so much stuff you simply can't find anywhere else at prices that can not be beaten. This place also deals with a whole lot of custom items including customized saddles to fit your exact needs and desires. With the types of things this store supplies, often times orders are very fast. But on occasion, some things are slow as they are on back order or must be actually made to order by the suppliers. This is a real mom and pop store. Businesses like this are on the verge of extinction due to corporate type places like amazon and walmart, who make millions off customers with little to zero caring about people as individuals. Corporate America is taking over and its a very sad thing to see. Places like this is what made the American dream. We need more places like Cultured Cowboy in this country and more people like Chuck...
