Migs Pizza — Restaurant in Greenwood

First OFF the food is not good. No season. Today I came to greenwood for lunch and we decide to eat at Migs! Worst decision every! I spent $50.94 and I end up getting the Talipa plate. I asked for a Ranch dressing for my potato. So if I asked for that with my meal then it should have came out on my plate(it did not). My niece was the first to get get her plate and I didn’t realize she had it. (And what if this child was allergic to ranch dressing and you put it on her plate?) DID YOU THINK ABOUT THAT? No you didn’t!!!

The other 2 plates came out 15 minutes later. She‘s a kid so I just said , I’ll ask for another one. I mean it’s not a BIG deal, I’ll pay for it. When I did , they went to get the manager ( here comes a low class chunky Greek girl) and she came to my table talking about .75 cent for some water down ranch they mistakenly gave to my niece. She was (kinda bullish) aggressive ( so of course I gave her the same energy, ) I told the manager that I would BUY her whole supply if she was that worried about .75 cent.

The FISH is bland. They might as well take that and put that shiiii back in the SEA. The only people that love to eat there are people that look like her, that can’t cook! Migs is consider a low level seafood/Italian place. ( My city has much better places to eat) The tables were nasty, we had to move just to feel comfortable to eat. Floors don’t look like they been mopped in weeks. They will never get another dime of my money! I promise you that!!! And I will make sure all my family in greenwood make this place the LAST place they eat!!! I guess their business is not doing good, for her to complain about .75 cent. I’m going to put my review on my Facebook business page so people are educated about these small town restaurants.

But guess what I gave her .75 cent as I left so MIG’S don’t bankrupt!! You as a manager is consider Unprofessional low class peasant!!! You are not fit to lead nobody kids. And to the two little black girls that work here, STOP being that managers puppets! ( you especially with the dreads) Your parents should have taught you better. Rise up to your blackness. It’s almost sicken. You’re to BLACK and beautiful to let a white women manipulate and control you. Slavery is over . As a Black women I will never go against my own race with anyone who doesn’t look like me.

I am a professional BLACK beautiful women who has class and influence on my community. If you don’t believe the post, go see for yourself. And read your reviews people. Stop eating at these places where they don’t value your color and respect human being. Greek people have a nasty disposition. Why eat any food they cook? I said...

I have worked in restaurants for many years. When a customer has a compliant about an order, you would do your best to make it right. I ordered on the phone and came through the drive through to pickup my 4 orders of the two piececombo deal, Flounder with baby shrimp which I love. When we got home to eat 3 plates had fish and one plate didn't not. I stay 10miles away I told the manager that I wasn't coming back for just two pieces of fish. I had to meet with a client within 30min. The manager told me I could return on Saturday to pick it up. The other manager or owner refused to even consider the thought that someone made an error in my plate. We are all human. I guest because I was black it was an issue. Rule #1 in the hospitality industry is that the customer is always right. I spent $50.00 that day. It did matter to me if they had just acknowledged that possible they could have looked over and gave someone the fish that may have order with the restaurant at the same time. Two piece of fish is nothing to me, but the way it was addressed means everything. You should always entertain strangers because that person may help your business. I am Christian and I if you promise to do something to make it right then I expect that to happen. I will no longer do business with Migs Pizza Castle or have any business meetings in their establishments in Greenwood or Ninety Six. If you are that hung up over two pieces of fish may God help you in your walk. Even Jesus did not stress over two pieces of fish, he made it right...

The food is great the prices are great but the service is way way less than desirable. Order every week (food great) but they always turn my baked spaghetti on its side in the bag an all the liquid leaks out into the bag an we end up with dried baked spaghetti lumped together and ever time we complain we are told "well that's just the way we do it" and every time we ask for plain bread no toast not garlic no oils or anything on the bread just plain bread. They NEVER NEVER NEVER listen an therefore the bread gets thrown out cause I can't eat it. Like I stated earlier they have great food and the prices are great as well, just to bad the service doesn't match. And this has been going on just about every week for over a year. So you make you own judgements. Food is worth it but service not.

Welp we ordered again tonight and yep they did it again screwed up my order. You would think by now after everytime we go there or order from there we make it PLAINLY CLEAR HOW WE WANT OUR ORDER. IM NOW TO THE POINT OF PRAYING ANOTHER PLACE COMES AN GIVES THEM COMPETITION DO MAYBE THERE EMPLOYEES WE STRAIGHTEN UP AN GET THE ODERS RIGHT. I GUESS FROM NOW OWN WE JUST HONNA HAVE TO GO TO HONEA PATH ORDER OUR SPAGHETTI...
