The first 3 stalls that are for mobile orders only, do not work. If you try to park there and check on, it tells you the stall does not exist.

Ordered 3 drinks at 3:54 on the app. At 4:14, still no drinks. A woman with very dirty hands (literally had black dirt or possibility cigarette ash on her fingers) brought us two of our drinks, realized she was missing a Coke, said she would be right back. We waited 10 more minutes, she never came back.

We were going to circle through the drive thru to grab it, but the line was 5 cars long and at least 2 employees were standing out back at the drive thru smoking and laughing it up so we knew that's why the drive thru was stuck.

Tried to contact customer support for a refund for a drink we did NOT even get, and all they did was credit a milkshake to our account.

Also worth noting, their ice cream and milkshakes are always lukewarm, never cold. It's freaking weird. And if you order any sauces, you will never get them. We have let two orders of cheese sticks go to waster, because we didn't...

usually have a great experience and get the same thing every time. the crispy chicken sandwich is my favorite!! tonight, i got a very burnt and black piece of chicken. okay, no worries it’s just a mistake. i ask them if they can please remake it and even they looked at it and said “yeah im so sorry that’s hard as a rock”. i work in fast food so i understand its late and things happen sometimes. i get my SECOND chicken sandwich to bite into it and this one is harder than the first one!! it’s super thin, and was cooked so long that theres barely any chicken in it anymore. didn’t get a refund cause it was so late and i just wanted to get home, today was my only day off and i wanted to treat myself after shopping all day for necessities, took the chicken out and ate the bread because i was starving. service inside was great but the girl who brought us our food outside just didn’t speak and looked at us rudely when bringing me my remake like it was so out of her way. don’t know what happened tonight, usually have a...

We come here often, with no issue but after tonight, not sure if I’ll be back. First issue was we waited over 30 minutes for our food, which wasn’t a complicated order. Second, food finally comes and we milkshakes with the tops falling off, so milkshakes spilled as soon as she handed them to us and spilled in our car. Instead of handing us our food, she takes it back to make someone else hand it to us. Problem three, some sort of bug or something in our ice cream cup. Disgusting. Problem Four, I got the chicken tender dinner which was supposed to come with barbecue sauce and onion rings. Whole box has one onion ring in it, no barbecue sauce. Five, they took the shakes back to remake them because they were melted, took them an additional 10 minutes to make two milkshakes. Gave us no straws, no napkins, etc. whole experience was terrible and not worth the wait.
