Greenwood Pavilion — Local services in Greenwood

I just love shopping here! The store was a little cluttered as if they may have just received a shipment and we're still putting it out on the floor. This is absolutely normal so no stars remove for this. The carts were clean and I was greeted and asked if I needed any help finding things upon entering the store which is the first time this has happened and I do shop here regularly. I'm guessing this may have been a relatively new employee. The yarn section was a little messy but this too is to be expected when there's a big sale as some customers are just to lazy, I guess, to put things back where they find them. Their section where they keep crochet hooks and other supplies was a little lacking. There were many pegs that were empty. There was 5 or 6 packs of Susan Bates hooks that I actually was wanting to buy but upon my inspection I saw where every package had at least 2 hooks that had marks on the neck where it looks like they rubbed the package in front or back of it. This is unacceptable to an avid crocheter's since any defect in a hook such as this will grab at the yarn and cause drag and can even damage the yarn. I did report this to the cashier on my way out and he said he would let whoever is in charge know about this. Its not clear if these packages arrived like this or if this is something that happened while the packages hang on the peg. I even examined each package to see if I could make an undamaged set out of what was there but this wasn't possible due to all the size 5.5 mm hooks were damaged ☹️. There was also a package of 2 Susan Bates hooks marked with a red clearance sticker for approximately $10. This seemed to be very expensive so I thought maybe it was just on the wrong peg. I was able to buy the same hooks separately for only $2.99. I did take the 2 pk with me when I checked out so I could see what the price actually was and it was the $10+. I did talk to the cashier about this as well as the 2 other hooks packaged individually and he too didn't understand why the 2 pk would have such a drastic price difference. With their app and my account I was able to use a 40% off coupon for 1 of the items I purchased. So I got 2 Susan Bates hooks for a total of $5.10 including tax. This is a very reasonable price. I was however unable to find 1 item needed to finish a project. I need a clip of some kind to attach to the back of a pacifier holder. I guess I'm going to have to check out Amazon for something like this. Maybe I didn't look in the right place and no I didn't ask an associate for help this time around so no stars removed for this either. Overall I highly recommend Joann's to...

The name is misleading, it had a little bit of everything by the looks of it. Excellent prices on what I noticed. There's food items, including a wide variety of spices that are cheaper than Aldi. They had long padded benches, kcups, grooming items, and even cute items for Easter. The Easter items were actually in a couple of different places, so it does require some walking to discover things. There were wall clocks and a huge assortment of planters. Very clean store and the salespeople were friendly and efficient.

I didn't review the plaza, this is about Christmas Tree Shops... I can't figure out how...

I went to this store yesterday to purchase an item I saw online. I spent 30 minutes walking through the store trying to locate the item and get a sales associate to help me. Three employees were having a grand time laughing and joking in the back area of the store. Another sales person walked right past me and didn't say a word.
