Agility Computers — Local services in Gresham

I was referred to Agility for some security cameras. The owner Justin was super friendly, helpful and very professional. I purchased a set of 4 cameras from his company about a little over a year ago and they work great. My DVR recently stopped working and Justin replaced it for free and even came out to my house to reinstall it and to make sure that everything was working properly. A few months later I decided to purchased 2 more cameras since the other ones we’re working just fine. Sad to say that that was a big mistake because somehow it messed up the whole system and two of the other cameras stopped working. Someone from Agility came out but the only way to fix it was to change all the wires and that meant making another hole in my wall. So I decided not to do that to avoid another hole. A month later one of the new cameras stopped working and again someone came just to tell me it was the wires again. So, now I have 3 holes on my wall and two of the cameras aren’t working at all. TOOK MY LAPTOP IN TO GET FIXED AND THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY ORDERED THE WRONG SCREEN. THEN THE NEXT DAY THEY CALLED AND SAID I HAVE A SPECIAL SCREEN AND ITS GOING TO ANOTHER 100 DOLLARS. SO I HESITANTLY SAID OK. THEN JUSTIN TEXT SAYING THEY CANT GET THE SCREEN. NOW MY LAPTOP IS IN 2 PIECES AND ITS MISSING THE SCREEN SCREWS. NOW NO ONES WANTS TO TOUCH IT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY REFUND UNLESS I TOOK THE LAPTOP IN THE 2 SEPARATE PIECES. HE ALSO OFFERS CAMERA INSTALLATIONS SO I HOPE HE HAS AN OREGON ELECTRICAL LICENSE TO INSTALL THEM OR I WILL BE...
