Windsor — Local services in Gretna

Clothes are cute, but very cheaply made. Basically just a Forever 21 with prom dresses. But the main reason for the two-stars is the horrible customer service.

The first time I shopped in the store I didn’t have the best experience, but it wasn’t bad enough to not go back.

The second time I shopped in the store was on 05/01, and I checked out around 1pm. My husband and I were completely and utterly ignored the entire 30+ minutes we were in the store. Not even so much as eye contact or a head nod from any of the associates. When we got to the counter the saleswoman asked for my email address, presumably for some type of points program, and I said I didn’t have one with them. She didn’t respond, but she then started muttering under her breath “you don’t have an email address? That’s a lie. Everyone has an email address.” Muttering it repeatedly as if we weren’t standing directly in front of her and clearly able to hear everything she’s saying.

I then called her out on it, and she completely denied saying anything. We went back and forth, and she continued to maintain that she said nothing at all. It was the rudest, weirdest, and most bonkers conversation I’ve ever had with a sales associate.

Next time I need cheap clothes I’ll just go...

Received poor customer service from the 3 female employees that worked at the store. They were more interested in talking to each other than assisting me.
