Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Louisiana

I have ordered several times from this restaurant over the past year. Every time I order food it is always wrong. I ordered a philly cheesesteak no green peppers. I didn’t get the green peppers but I also didn’t get anything else on it. Told the man behind the counter that they didn’t have the mushrooms or onions in it. He took it and told me it does they are just chopped in the meat. I leave and eat the sandwich. What do u know?? No onions or mushrooms. They rip u off and lie to your face. Please fire these people and get better employees. Not to mention, there was another lady that ordered just meat no fixings. She got my order and they did not want to admit they made a mistake. Great food ( when it’s done correctly)...

Visited this establishment on 7/25 and I think I was over charged. I got a Philly cheesesteak combo with lemonade. My husband got just the sandwich. The fries were the ultimate which was a small fry with cheese, bacon bits and ranch dressing on the side. I was charged $26.42. The food was to salty and waiting at the counter it was filthy. Food was warm and we had it in house. The taste of the phillies lacked seasoning. The mixure of shrimp and steak on the grill seems unsafe for people with shellfish allergies. I really wanted a philly cheese steak and this was the only place on the westbank. I made horriable mistake coming here. Next time maybe if i only have tast for fries and soda Ill stop by.
