I have never felt so frustrated before with a store. I purchased a device 9 days ago with 2 new batteries and was happy with the device until yesterday. I went to put the batteries on the charger and their was battery acid in the device. I brought it back with the receipt and batteries so show what had happened and was promptly told that I must have put the batteries in wrong (I have been vaping and using mods with batteries for years) and the employee even felt the need to instruct to me what side was positive and which side was negative. I feel disrespected and disappointed because I have been starting to become a regular at the store. All I wanted was the device exchanged and now I don’t see myself ever...

I love this store! Calem has a super wide selection of juices and literally the best quality for the cheapest price. He is always friendly and has always corrected any problems I had. He is very knowledgeable about all his products, will be honest about his opinion on the juices, and even has fun fact product knowledge on some of the juices that impressed me. The V8P juices are made with organic vegetable glycerin and and working on creating an all organic juice. I was like Wow! And it was excellent. Two locations makes it super convenient for me and I recommend this place...

You have the guy with dirty long finger nail who likes to think he is very knowledgeable about the products, though I've received the wrong atomizers multiple times. There's a tattooed gentleman who I could barley understand because he had a huge dip in his mouth. He also told me to hit my new MOD like a weed pipe. I've been insulted and disgusted by this store and I've only been in four times. If CIV is the Walmart of vapes (as said by a Maple Vape employee) then Maple Vape is a failing Kmart. Thank you, Maple Vape for being no help at all and letting a customer walk...
