Fareway Meat and Grocery — Local services in Grimes

I'm a person that doesn't have a filter I say what I say. Sometimes it gets the best of me but the difference between a beautiful store like Fairway. And the POS Hy-Vee that never returns a call or wants to help in any way I got to give my hat a tip to Sean in the meat department in BJ one of the supervisor representative for Fareway corporate office. The two older women who work there are both rude. They have the attitude that they are bosses and treat their staff with disrespect. I have been to many fareway stores but this place needs to fire those old women and replace them with people who friendly to both customers and staff. I can’t say enough about how nasty they are! And worse the manager doesn’t care he allows them both to run the show. They have lost my business!!!! I make sure everyone who lives here in grimes knows these...

Regular customer there! They matches competion sale prices automatic so I don't have to travel to HyVee. Not all Fareway do this. Since I'm regular, there are a number of familiar faces that my children like to talk to. Almost like a family! When we want fresh meat, we go THERE. It is nice most of time that I don't have to handle unloading cart into my vehicle and putting away cart.
