Creative Legacy Co LLC — Local services in Grimes

I ordered on Nov.17, 2022 two sweatshirts and two hats, this was a bulk order with our local wrestling team, and we had until the 20th to place the order. I received an email confirmation email stating "Thank you for your order! All orders for custom apparel will go into production once the store closes. Please allow 3-5 weeks from the store's closing to receive your items. We will send you tracking information once your items have shipped or are ready to be picked up." Given that the store closed on the 20th, I was hoping to expect it the week of christmas or the week after. I called the week of christmas and they stated that the order was going into production next week (week 6) and then shipped. I then called again on Jan 6th and the guy said oh we will get that shipped today. Still not receiving the order on Jan 11th I called again and talked to the manager and he said one of the sweatshirts I ordered wasn't there but if I could wait longer, he could order the crewneck, and would be there in a day or 2 and then would ship it OR he would send be the hooded version at no charge. I said of course no charge because I already paid for the order. He also said well orders take 6-8 weeks anyway, I told him I could forward my email that stated 3-5 weeks. Overall, just be honest, if you can't get an order done for 10 weeks just tell the customer. Don't say you shipped it or its going into production when it did not. And honestly, I just want me original crewneck sweatshirt...

Our local wrestling team had Creative Legacy Co offer apparel that could be ordered. I ordered two shirts and two pullovers. It took over two months to receive the order after placed. One of the shirts was wrong. I ordered the same shirt and the same pullover times two. I have emailed twice and filled out the online chat once. Absolutely no response. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. It's not that the order was incorrect. It was that there has been absolutely no response to my emails. I do not recommend Creative Legacy...

My company needed to upgrade our apparel and workwear to a more professional look. I had a vague idea of what we were looking for but gave Dustin and team creative freedom on it. They knocked it out of the park with high quality sweatshirts, hats, polos and tshirts. He used stitching and patches for our logos which looks incredible versus the screenprinted stuff we used to have.

Long story short, our guys love the new gear, we look professional on the job sites and we've been getting compliments...
