Own and operate a 500 seat restaurant and we use MaitreD POS software provided by and serviced by Midlands Business Equipment. The restaurant has been using Midlands Business equipment since 2003 and I have been with the restaurant since 2006. The products and service provided by Midlands Business Equipment have been excellent. On the rare occasion that we need backup from the MBE staff, the service has been prompt and efficient. I have called the MBE experts at night and on weekends and the MBE experts have helped me solve my problems quickly, with no regard for the time of day or day of the week. We use Midlands Business Equipment for our point of sale system in our bar and restaurant. The system we use is Maitre'd P.O.S in our restaurant/bar, which is hands down one of the most user friendly point of sale systems around. The service is top of the line. With Midlands you are not talking to someone in a big corporation that might give you a call back.
