The week before my wife's birthday I contacted Signature Signs and had a beautiful decal printed by Travis. I picked it up Friday afternoon and realized when I got home that I ordered it way too large! I couldn't sleep and in the middle of the night I checked their weekend hours - closed :( But I used the online contact form and sent an email anyway. Visited the store in person and spoke with Brant about making a stencil, and gave him the image. He wasn't sure whether or not the "stencil guy" could create the stencil because it was relatively small, however he said he would back me on the following Monday. A week went by with no response. I emailed, no response. I called twice and spoke with Brant and same story each time in that he had to check with his "stencil guy", and would follow up with me. No response. I found Signature on Google looking for someone to print my boat hull registration numbers and stopped in on my lunch hour. They printed the numbers, and a capacity number at no extra charge, while I waited and I was able to stop and get lunch and was back within the hour. Very nice people, professional and courteous.
