Interesting how a guy named Jacob Peterson writes a review 7 months ago and goggle leaves it as the first review out of 143 other reviews. Here is why it is interesting. I am white and have gotten terrible service at a lot of places including Kroger. But I have also gotten terrific service at Kroger as well. I had an unpleasant experience with a young bagger girl who had black hair during my recent visit. From the start, her attitude was dismissive, and she made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. She handled my groceries carelessly, tossing items into bags without any concern for my items. When I tried to politely address the issue, she rolled her eyes and gave a rude response. I'd never thought I would have to write this sort of review for this particular Kroger but here goes.

I witnessed something I'm almost in shock to see. Apparently if you're not white, you should shop elsewhere. The service or lack thereof that I witnessed for a minority couple has put me in absolute disbelief.

Before the person who works for PR/HR or whatever department tries to reach out to me for what will most likely be useless intentions, you should just get some more training for these workers. Let's not let Kroger's...
