Approached the counter this morning, nobody was in line had to wait 2 mins to be acknowledged, I asked Lauren the barista taking my order if she was knew how to make chocolate hazelnut cold foam with syrup, not malt and she had a displeased look on her face that I even asked. I opted out of coffee and bought a refresher. She didn’t even have the courtesy to call out my name, just set my drink on the counter and went back to talk to her coworker.
