Wow this is a great spot. The staff, and the owner, are all wonderfully inviting and enthusiastic to share their food with you and learn about your day. And while you wait for your food, or whenever you want, they have great music and a cool esthetic to enjoy in the restaurant as well
We got two kinds of lumpia, pancit, and a longanisa slider. The lumpia were crunchy, well filled, and flavorful - the outer shells shattering as I savored the experience. The pancit went really well together with this and offered nice contrasting textures. The star of what we tried was the longanisa slider: soft ube bun with a gentle starchy sweetness, perfectly cooked over easy egg, and a vibrant patty.

We ordered the longanisa glider, which comes on soft ube pandesal and is packed with sweet sausage, egg, hash brown, and their mabuhay sauce. It was rich, flavorful, and super satisfying. The double crunch lumpia lived up to the name—so crispy without being greasy—and the adobo had that home-cooked taste. My filipina mom LOVED it.
We tried a few of their lattes (matcha ube was my personal favorite) and shared a smoothie bowl that was light, refreshing, and sooo beautiful.
Friendly, super welcoming staff and a really chill vibe. You can tell the people here care about the food and the experience. A great stop if you’re in Grover Beach or...

The tables were dirty despite there not being many customers inside, and the food was bland and cold. We got two pork adobo combo plates, the pancit and rice were both cold and the adobo tasted like it was made with water rather than mainly soy sauce so it was missing the depth it usually has which was just underwhelming since it all ended up being about $50 before tip. It also felt odd to be asked if we were dining in or taking out when either way the food comes in a plastic container with prepackaged plastic utensils. Definitely not the worst, but I would not recommend it if you're looking for flavorful, authentic,...
