Hey Gorgeous Formal Wear is such a great shop, whether you're looking for bridesmaids dresses, gowns for black-tie events, homecoming, prom, menswear, little girls' dresses, or even fun accessories - they have everything! Even if they don't have something in store, they can order pretty much anything you want! As a local Wedding Planner, I have known the Owner Krista for years, and she is always willing to go above and beyond for every single customer. I have purchased several dresses from Krista, and they are always great quality, and the experience is incredible every time. She is super kind, positive, and always hyping you up while you are trying things on. If she ever needs to leave her shop early or adjust her hours, she will always post on her Instagram so customers are always informed at all times. Even when emergencies arise, she is consistently thinking of her customers and making sure they are taken care off. Krista is great about showcasing new inventory so you are always up to date on what she has in stock. Something that doesn't even apply to me, but that I really admire, is that Krista will never sell the same dress twice to women attending the same event (such as homecoming or prom). This shows how much she truly has the customer's best interest at heart - she wants to make sure each person feels special at their event, even if it means tuning down a sale. I have seen this woman persevere through extreme challenges and she is one of the most hardworking people I know. She is so dedicated and passionate about her business, and she really cares about each person coming in. If you are struggling to find an affordable and beautiful wedding dress or any kind of formal event dress this is the place! The shop owner Krista is so amazing and helpful as was Arie and the catalog dresses for order were HALF the price of what other shops I went to were asking for the SAME dress. Literally heaven sent. She has an amazing dress ordering process so that if you don’t like the first dress you order you can order up to three no additional charge after the initial fee. Which is so awesome because ordering a dress and being stuck with one you have issues with like at most stores would be awful. No pressure to buy and no crazy order wait times like most shops. This place was amazing!! Went with my mom today and found two dresses under $80 total! They have homecoming dresses and formal dresses. Lots of options and the lady and her mom were super helpful! They had a very large clearance rack of all sizes and colors. They had modest options as well! The owner will not let any girl buy a dress if the school is within 5 miles of each other which is a great thing to have, guaranteed that no one at your occasion will have the same dress!!
