My husband has had Metro for Soo long now that his profile in their system receives promos the company can't even find a code for so that they could be to applied to our account!! (Not a bad place to be)!! Naturally when I met my husband and knew we were done sampling the menu, I joined his metro account and we added a line. Not only do we have the ABSOLUT LOWEST PRICED, MOST FEATURES INCLUDED, BEST DEAL OF A LIFETIME(the kind you don't want to change because there is no finding our price w/ features ever again), we well I gained Val who helps us with anything we ever need or want which my husband has had the whole time he has been with metro. But seriously he is a huge asset to metro and an awesome business owner who makes it so that as long as he owns and runs his 2 stores GB and SLO (broad and Branch st) we will never take our business elsewhere! Told him I would come back and I ended up going with another carrier. called him a week after over the phone stating I need my number back he was very rude called me a liar and told me he doesn't know me and cant get me the account information and cant help help me.
