Our three visits were a series of surprises. The vegan burger, unique each time with its shifting essence, and the side salad, reflecting the earth’s changing seasons, reminded us of life’s beautiful impermanence. Twice we enjoyed fruit smoothies, vibrant and refreshing, and twice we delighted in the vegan cake, each slice a sweet tribute to simplicity.

They also had just baked their seeded “bread.” The bread had a very different consistency and texture than I’m used to but it’s pretty tasty. Sandwich was okay but didn’t have enough hummus. The salad was okay. Came with a flower. Wouldn’t get it again but appreciate the imaginative vegan dishes.
