IVE NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED IN ALL MY LIFE!! We had a reservation for 6 that we were late for. We came in fully aware we may lose our reservation and deposit and we were okay with that. The young lady outside had an attitude from the beginning and warned us We would have to reschedule, yet the lady at the desk accepted us. Instead of them telling us that it was too late and reenterating the terms and conditions in a professional manner.... they decided to allow us to ride, but preceded to rush us and talk to us as if we were kids. The lady at the desk clapped her hands as a gesture to tell us to move faster. I kindly told her that we understood we were an inconvenience and she had options and none of them include talking to 6 adults with disrespect. The young lady was outside annoyed and being disrespectful from the beginning while the lady at the desk thought she was being accommodating yet forgetting that the integrity of their business and it’s reputation is based on her behavior regardless to us being late or not. So of course we decided to decline the ride. No way would we choose to pay them an additional $60x5 At that point Nor was I willing to forget about the deposit as I came in prepared to do and I demanded it back. She literally went to the older guy and LIED Saying we came in late yelling at them when we were on the defense the whole time. Lol.. we literally laughed to keep from crying and getting further angered. Understand this.. we are all very successful business owners and are very aware and practice being professional with great customer service regardless to the situation. The problem is they weren’t prepared to look in our face and accept responsibility after we firmly demanded their respect. It felt really racist and entitled Like their doing us a favor when we can go spend our money elsewhere. The moment they allowed us to ride they were suppose to treat us the same as if we were early rather than late. It’s their job after making that choice. PERIOD! I WOULD NEVER GO BACK!! Read moreMy daughter which is turning 9 wanted to go on a trail ride to the beach for her birthday. We had a nice time until we got closer to the ranch and the brunette girl started making rude comments about people that are rich, wear diamonds and to much makeup are snobby and rude people. There was not a cross word spoken on the trail ride. When we were finished with the ride the brunette haired had a complete meltdown and started using the f bomb to the other lady. When the other lady tried to stop her it got worse. That is when we could here her complaining about us and even started in about my daughter . My daughter never spoke a word to the gal complaining. This gal absolutely lied say that we made comments and even acted like we were rude. I informed the gal that we would not be coming back ever again ! A guest heard what was happening and asked me if this was a safe place ,because they were going on a ride. They saw the horse bolt with me when he got startled and they heard gal with the unacceptable rude behavior . I do not fault the riding stable for this. Read moreBooked a ride over a month in advance, drove 5 hours from home to stay at a hotel in Pismo, only to wake up to a phone call from the staff telling me they had a corporate meeting and couldn't host a ride that day, which was the only day we could go riding seeing as we were leaving the next morning to drive home. We had planned our trip around this scheduled ride.
On top of this, they intitiated my refund and after a week and a half it wasn't credited to my card so I called. They tell me "oh the refund didn't go through , what's your card number again so I can try again?" So if I hadn't been checking my account and noticed it never came back they would have just kept the money and didn't even bother to call?
