THE BEST EVER!!! We live in FT Worth, I have used them many times, always, always beautiful arrangements, exactly what I ordered, delivered on time....but this year, they are REALLY TRUE HEROS & KIND... I received a promo for Mother's Day & with that in mind, I figured let me use it...WORST MISTAKE EVER... not only did I order early enough, paid in full & chose a delivery date that was most convenient for them...they did not deliver...when I called, they were like," we can deduct $20 / refund and deliver on Monday, after Mother's day " well that was not ok...so after a few choice words and tears. I requested a full refund, and quickly called Williams Florist...they were sooo sweet and understanding, telling me not to worry, they were here for me... I let them design the arrangement and get this... they were able to deliver that day...I have goose bumps just thinking about what they did for me...LOVE & APPECIATE THEM SO MUCH!! I will never use anyone else ! Thank...

My husband has been sending me roses every year for my birthday , Valentine’s Day and today for our anniversary. There always so beautiful. I never complain about the roses I receive from him, but today was different. He ordered me a dozen roses and added beautiful details he asked them to add skeletons on my roses , He also asked them to paint some roses black for me we got married during Halloween so he knows I would love them . And you guys did a beautiful job I love them so much . This was a beautiful job you guys did for me to put a big smile on my face when they were delivered today . I just want to say THANK YOU for doing a beautiful job! P.s my husband name is Francisco Trevino he will not use nobody else but you guys even though we live in Beaumont you guys still come through you guys still come all the way over here to deliver them....

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day. After she got them, she called me at work and gushed over how beautiful they were! She’s always loved getting flowers but I never heard her react with so much excitement! Extremely happy with everything about my order. Beautiful bouquet and professional, friendly service. I wish every business had this level of quality. We travel for work but as long as we are here, I will only order flowers from them and I highly recommend them...
