Okay, I'm gonna chalk some of it up to the growing pains of just opening. Atmosphere: I like the all wood everything it's classic. The hanging lights at the booths are good. I think though the bright LED lights that are everywhere take away from the atmosphere a little bit. If they were dimmed or even off when there's daylight out it would feel a little more cozy. Service: I think our waitress was just having an off day. Not bad service, not particularly good service. Food: The chips and salsa were good enough the salsa was thick but not chunky, not very spicy or even well seasoned. We got the carnitas fajitas for 2 which comes with carnita meat over "caramelized" onions in a cast iron with a side of beans and rice. I got carnitas because they are a litmus test for a good Mexican restaurant. Very easy to make, hard to master. The meat was dry-ish and not very seasoned, or citrussy; carnitas are supposed to be juicy, soft, pull-apart little morsels of pork cooked in lard and orange and coca-cola. The onions weren't Caramelized. Caramelized means they've been sauteed until the sugar in the onions breaks down and becomes like caramel. The onions weren't even sauteed really. They kind of just threw some white onion on a dry grill for a minute and called it a day. The charro beans were the only thing done mostly right. They were just a little too salty and that's it. The rice was also exactly what you might expect, It would be nice if there were some sort of vegetable in them I'd say they should do away with carnitas fajitas and just offer a more traditional slow cooked carnitas plate or not offer carnitas at all. I'd say in its current state it's not quite worth it for the price. 50 dollars just isn't it.

Went here to give it a try. Got the house margarita, stuffed avocado, California burrito, sopapillas, and chips and salsa. Margarita tasted watered down, but still gave me a buzz 5/10 Chips and salsa were good. Salsa had good flavor but runny 7/10 California burrito was great size. 5/10 added cheese making it 6.5/10 Sopapillas Were ok. Small portion and lacked a bit. 5/10 Stuffed avocado were on point along with their beans and rice. 9/10 Oh and they have usb charges on the outlets on the walls. Overall 6/10

I'm hooked on TexMex and this resturant is more authentic. We got the 25 dollar fajitas. If I were to spend 25 at Iggy Joe's on 1 meal I would be able to feed 3 people. Food taste was below average. I hate rating a restaurant this low. People were nice at the resturant but they were super slow. I might try the resturant 1 more time to try one of their meals not fajitas. Best item was their chips.

After reading some reviews, I decided to give Milago's a fair shake. Being the only one there had me worrying but I was there so why not. I got the Chunky avocado, that could of been a meal in it's self, lucky i had my wife and Kid to help me out. I also got the Texas Burritom which was not bland, the meat was on the salty side but had flavor for what it was. The Margarita I got was good, maybe the best out of everything. Wife got chimichanga, she did not like it at all. My Youngest got something, Cna't remember but she said it was good for what it was. The Price for all of us to eat was a little high for a no wow factor, but I do like to support local restaurants. I dont know if I will spend 123.00 to eat here again, but not all was wasted, the drinks were pretty good.

They passed the rice and bean taste test! Flavor and not overly salted. Come visit - the food is delicious! We had the 5 layer dip for an appetizer - beans, cheddar cheese, and chile con queso with dollops of sour cream and guacamole. The Tex- Mex plate comes with Chile con queso chip, bean chalupa, and crispy beef taco. The enchiladas verdes were filled with tender shredded chicken, then smothered with a creamy green sauce. On both plates, there was just enough cheese. If you like lots of cheese, then ask for it. Mexican music was playing in the background. With the music and all the talking, it was difficult to hear my dinner partner. It's a bit loud for me, but I'll be back at...
