Factory Connection — Local services in Grundy

Went in to shop yesterday , and the manager sherry was so rude ! She was talking on her cellphone with someone out loud talking about me and other customers. Saying she was annoyed cause a customer didnt fold a shirt back correctly , talking about another customer cause they came in and looked and didnt purchase anything! She was talking about me and another customer on the phone out loud with us shopping in the store , i purchased 3 things yesterday and wouldve possibly gotten more but i did not feel welcome in the store , it was over an hour til closing time so it wasnt like it was time for her to leave ! There isnt anywhere to shop in grundy va for clothes , then this woman acts like this to her customers ? Ive never seen anyone talk outloud about their customers with them in the store ! I will call main manager and have a talk about this as well ! I will take my money else where , like pikeville , theyve never treated me like that in...

I took boots back tonight had them in the box, had the receipt too, my little girl did not like them they were too tight, the cashier kept insinuating that she had wore them and she had not! she said she should have tried them on before she left 🤷🏻‍♀️ If you have the receipt what else are you suppose to do! worst customer service ever will not...
