I had a very traumatic experience here with my non verbal autistic child. Very poor management. My daughter was ask to stop her behavior or leave. During the movie 2 guys came down the aisle flashlight in hand . Poi nted the light in her eyes and started asking/ telling her to stop her behavior. My husband ask what the problem was and he told us that people were complaining. When we explained she didn't understand. He told us to make her stop or we would have to leave. After spending $80 dollars on tickets and snacks.i didnt want to ruim it for my other 4 children . So my husband stayed in the movie with them while my daughter and I left the building and sat in the vehicle for 2 and half hours. If I could rate less than a one I would. After paying over $30 for admission, food and drinks and walking some very excited children to the theatre only to find out there were basically NO seats available. I was not offered any sort of discount for what we paid nor any offer to make the situation better for another time. I was simply told to come back for the next showing over 2 hours later. So here we sit with all our food and drinks in the vehicle trying to figure out what to do for the next 2 hours with a 5 and 6 year old upset they didn't get to watch the movie and quite frankly I'm not sure we will be back period another time, pretty sad considering this has been where we come...

The only people this theater is disarming is law abiding citizens. That said, extremely nice staff, good prices, and...
