Taco Bell — Restaurant in Grundy

Buyers beware, this establishment is nothing short of crooked criminals. We ordered our food today which was 12 pack duo that came with 12 tacos and 6 rolled chicken. They apparently were out of the rolled chicken tacos, however upon ordering they didn't not inform us they were out. So once we went to go get out food we realized they didn't provide us with the 6 chicken tacos and asked about them. They said they were out. When we asked for an adjustment on the food for the 12 tacos we got without the 6 chicken tacos. They refused saying that it was a special and it was our fault for not checking with them if they had them in stock. We asked if we could have the number to call their regional manager and they said it was on the receipt. Once we got home and started looking it was not on the receipt. Safe to say we will never eat...

I don't like doing this to a business but this the worst fast food experience ever. I gave them 2 chances and each time they failed worse than before. I ordered 12 soft shell tacos, they didn't have 3 teaspoons of ingredients in them. I was sitting in parking lot when a young man came out with trash, he went to dumpster and came back, stood against building smoking and wiping nose on shirt sleeve. He then pulled his t-shirt up and blew his nose on his t-shirt. Sickening to watch, he has quit and now works as cook at Dairy Queen. This past week I went to Taco Bell with a group of Politicians. I never saw people get worse and rude service. One of men behind counter serving food was awful. They messed up on all the orders. I'm sorry to say this but I will never return to this...

Very Unprofessional. Refused to acknowledge my wife when she went in to order our food. One of the workers has a problem with my daughter's boyfriend, when he worked there, and he just walk inside with her to help carry our lunch to car. The rest of the crew went outside to smoke and the other woman went to the back. This place has poor service and they all need fired. Grundy needs businesses in the area, but this one needs shut down. The food is almost every time wrong and the current workers incompetent in their duties. I contracted corporate with no response, so they dont care this restaurant gives them a black eye. Beware if going there, you will be met with rudeness and your order will be wrong.
