Verizon — Local services in Grundy

I had an issue with and order placed at the Grundy Va store. I ordered the Iphone 11 pro shortly after the doors opened on the day pre-orders went live. I was told it would be there Friday (launch); on Friday I was told Monday. Today I was told Oct 2nd; given the explanation that because I was also ordering a watch they had to arrive at the same time. Had I been told that when ordering, I wouldn't have gotten the watch. Not only would this have been easily avoided if the staff were properly trained, It might have been caught sooner and more easily solved if the store manager had checked my order status Friday instead of telling me it might be here later today or Monday. The only person that didn't exhibit some level of ineptitude was the poor individual who had to deal with me today trying to figure this out. By this point i'm just being told i'm out of luck and don't have any option but to just wait; but the way this was handled poorly; and the store manager simply sat back and didn't get involved directly with the issue. My iPhone XS max came in today& I’m already in love with it! I had a great experience with Grundy Verizon.. I messed up and ordered the wrong GB when I first went in to place my order and I caught it before it was too late! Tyler was the rep I went though. I went back into the store and he was more than happy to correct it for me with no questions asked! He went out his way to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase!& he was so patient with me. Highly recommend this store! Everyone is always so nice...

Melissa was awesome to deal with but I had gotten a default iPhone 16 plus and took it back within 2 hours and they they worked with it and fixed half the problem and had to return it two days later with it still over heating and other problems and still had to pay another $66.96 for a restocking fees !
