The employees are very nice in person and were respectful during the install, but a system that should have taken 2 days to install is now in its 4th week. The installation is now about 80% done at this point but they have suddenly given up and haven't been back to my house in over a week. One of the speaker installed doesn't work at all and the internet system has had poor performance.
