Rude service, not polite, they don't greet even in the morning hours. Way expensive for quality of the product and service. Had the worst "french toast" of my life, they were damp not toasted and tasted like plain integral bread with syrup (see picture). To top it all that day I had eggs, french toast order, coffee and a juice all for 26$. For that you can have and amazing service and brunch at Abbracadabra, Le Boulangerie or even CHEAPER at FRESHMART. The "COLD-PRESS" juices are good but then again is just squeezed fruit for $8, at Freshmart (5 min driving from there) you can have more amount of juice for 4.50. For lunch a friend order a Filete de Chillo with viandas and they were putrid inside and addled so he lost $13. So. I decided to gave them another chance (the 5th time), I went to buy coffee for visitors it was 15 minutes before closing time and the owner greet me with a rude tone saying "we are closing"... I told her I just wanted 2 coffee's to go and she said "I am cleaning the coffee machine can't do". Ok... I won't recommend this place to friends. It will remain as my last option to go eat. As a conclusion, Today I went because all other places were closed and once again I entered and the girl at the cash register looked back at me and turned around... No customer service at all. (JANUARY 2019) UPDATE:: 2 years have passed since the horrible experience, last week the traffic and weather had me doubting to go far to eat and I stopped by and the people working were new and young and customer serviced oriented. They greeted me and help me with the new menu options. I had Fish TACOS AND THEY WERE TASTY, WELL PRESENTED, NICE PORTIONS AND FAIR PRICED. I AM GIVING THIS PLACE...

I used to eat there at least once a week when they were in Santurce. That's how good it WAS. Now they moved to Guaynabo City, raised at least $5 on every (food) box, they stopped including bottled water on the dinner boxes and quality and quantity is down the drain. Love BeShanti! My favorite place for a quick juice fix and healthy meals. Their juices are always fresh & flavorful. My personal favorites are the BeClean juice and burrata toast, so good!! The staff is always super friendly too and eager to help....
