I received a gel pedicure. Price on their pictured menu in the salon said $25. Nail tech wrote me a receipt for $50. I questioned her and she said it was because of the design… mind you all I asked for was some glitter added on top of the solid color. Then took the receipt to pay the receptionist charged me $57.78. I showed them what it says on their menu and then she came up with a reason of taxes. Do Not Go Here. Was it $25 per foot?! I felt like I was treated this way because I did not speak Spanish and they must thought I was some rich gringo! Again, do...

Fui sábado para que me colocaran gel negro y el mismo día al llegar a mi casa se comenzaron a pelar por pedazos luego de fregar… Me comunico con la persona y me dice que no hacen refunds y que pase en semana para que me lo arreglen. Le indico que no puedo por mi trabajo y que por eso fui sábado y me dice que solo tenía dos días para reclamar y contaban el domingo como 1 día a pesar de que ese día ni abren😂

Llamo para hablar con recepcionista luego porque con la técnica no llegaba a nada y fue súper hóstil e intransigente. Me dijo que ya sería con el dueño pero que solo habla inglés le digo que no hay problema y ahí viene y me dice que no esta en PR que anda de vacaciones y volvía en dos meses. La llamada terminó con ella colgándome luego de decir alguna barbaridad sin sentido.

Hacen las cosas mal y no saben como tratar a sus clientes. En el lugar lo que hay es una gritería de las malas y los precios cada técnica se los inventa (tienen una tabla con los precios al frente pero nunca te cobran lo que aparece ya que “cada técnica tiene su precio”).
